Credits apply toward any Luminous Aesthetics & Wellness service and may be gifted to another guest for use at Luminous only. Credits have no cash value except as required by Oregon law. Credits are non-transferable for cash. Membership is month-to-month, auto-billed monthly. Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. A written membership agreement will be provided at enrollment.
